Perfect Bad Examples

Bad examples of pinkwashing can be found in almost every grocery, convenience, and department store in the country, especially during October, which is Breast Cancer Awareness month. The following examples all come from different industries, but all highlight the reoccurring issues of pinkwashing campaigns. Namely, companies misleading their customers about how much money they are actually giving to breast cancer charities, as well as the actual products that are sold being at odds with the causes they are seemingly trying to support.
